Nobody's born ready. You get forged.
A drill library, session builder and round timer built on real gym experience — whether you're training alone in your garage or running a full room.
Free to start · No app store needed · Installs in 30 seconds
Tell it how long and how hard. It hands you a balanced session — footwork first, finisher last.
71 drills, each with a level, a purpose and a cue you can hear from across the gym. Filter it down to exactly what you can do tonight:
No partner needed
Only show drills you can do completely alone
Calls the work at you during rounds — combinations and movement taken from the drill you're on, up in letters you can read from across the room. Work rounds only; it stops through the rest.
“One two!” … “Slip!” … “Angle out!”
Short commands, then room to work them — a pad holder calls a combination and lets you work it. Three tempos, and it toggles mid-round without stopping the clock.
Spoken calls are coming — proper voice recordings, not a robot reading them out.
Bells for every round, work and rest. During the rest it shows the next drill and its cue — when the bell goes you already know the job.
Rounds, minutes, sessions and where the work actually went. Streaks run by the week, not the day — a week counts if you trained at least once in it. Rest days are part of the work.
Training alone? Flip No partner needed and every drill it hands you works completely alone. Coaching others? Plan the work, run the clock, coach the room.
Never trained, or just getting started. We'll explain everything.
A few quick questions on first open and it puts you to work — no hand-picking from 71 drills.
Just you. Every drill we hand you works solo.
One toggle hides anything that needs a partner, pads or a ring.
You run sessions for others and want to run them tighter.
Plan the work, run the clock, coach the room.

Get the app — unlock insideThere's no app store in between. Tap Get the App, it opens in your browser, and you pin it to your home screen — three taps, about thirty seconds. After that it's a real icon that opens full-screen like any other app, and works offline.
Tap Get the App. If you're reading this inside Instagram or Facebook, you're in their built-in browser and installing won't work — tap the ⋯ button in that app and choose Open in Safari first.
That opens Safari's menu. On older iPhones you'll find a Share icon there instead — a square with an arrow coming out of the top. Both open the same list.
Scroll the list if you don't see it straight away. That's it — the Forged Boxing icon is on your home screen. Open it from there from now on.
Tap Get the App. If you're reading this inside Instagram or Facebook, you're in their built-in browser and installing won't work — tap the ⋮ button in that app and choose Open in Chrome first.
Chrome sometimes shows an Install app banner at the bottom instead. If you see it, tap that and you're done.
That's it — the Forged Boxing icon is on your home screen. Open it from there from now on.
Yes. It's a web app — the same tech Twitter and Starbucks use for their mobile apps. You install it straight from the browser instead of an app store: same icon on your home screen, opens full-screen, works offline. Skipping the store is why there's no account, no tracking, and no 30% cut added to the price.
Once it's on your home screen, yes. Everything lives on this device — drills, sessions, custom drills, stats, history. No account, no cloud, no tracking. It works in a garage with no signal.
Any modern phone — iPhone (install from Safari) or Android (install from Chrome). It also runs in any desktop browser if you want it on a laptop by the bag.
Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — the same processor behind millions of businesses. We never see your card details. It's a one-time payment, and the app unlocks automatically when Stripe sends you back. Cards from any country work — it's priced in pounds and your bank converts at its normal rate, no extra steps.
No. Because there are no accounts, your purchase is held by an unlock code instead. The app hands you that code the moment you pay and keeps it in More — screenshot it or email it to yourself. Enter it on a new phone, after a reinstall, or on a second device and the full library is back. It doesn't expire, and there's no limit on devices you own. Lost the code? Email us your Stripe receipt and we'll send it straight back.
Yes — if it's not for you, email within 30 days of buying and we'll refund it in full, no interrogation. Include the email address you paid with so we can find the payment. Refunds go back to your card through Stripe and usually land in 5–10 working days.
Forged Boxing is run by one person, not a support department. Email forgedtobox@gmail.com and you'll get a straight answer.
Full refund within 30 days, for any reason. Email the address you paid with. No forms, no questions.
New phone or wiped device? Send your Stripe receipt and we'll send your unlock code back. You never pay twice.
Everything stays on your device. No account, no cloud, no tracking, nothing to delete. Payment details go to Stripe, never to us.
This gets worked on. New drills, the proper voice recordings, and bigger things after that. Leave your email and you'll hear when there's something actually worth hearing about — and if something's missing while you're training on it, reply and tell me. That's how the next version gets built.
Completely optional. Nothing in the app is gated behind it — it's free to use and it always will be. No spam, never shared with anyone, and one click to unsubscribe.
